We recently engaged Pixel Focus to complete an animated fly through and a series of digital renders for the release of our Jetty Apartments development consisting of 15 luxury apartments and a ground floor commercial tenancy in Palm Beach, Rockingham. The Jetty is a small project so the cost to complete a fly through required a significant portion of the total marketing budget. We determined that quality marketing material has never been as important as it is in the current sales climate and the selling agents need every available tool in order to secure the necessary off the plan contracts. After researching many potential companies we chose to appoint Pixel Focus due to their professional approach, previous experience on similar projects an also based on feedback from their previous clients.
